Building

Three things I’m building with agents.

Each one is a bet on how people will make things with AI.

Compo's Library: a paper lantern drifting over a lake at night, and waves rolling onto a beach at sunset, both done
runs end to end · hardening

Intent-to-video pipeline

Turns creative intent into images, then video, on ComfyUI and LTX, with character orthos, render profiles and a continuity ledger for shot-to-shot consistency.

Why: Removing the friction between a creative’s intent and what they make. Building it end to end shows where generative video still breaks.

Work

A few things I’m proud of from 13 years at Riot.

“You didn’t just make us faster, you changed everything.”

AI

Six seconds after the shutter. I wrote each photograph a shot — a subject, what happens to it, the camera, the sound — and Compo, my intent-to-video pipeline, rendered it on LTX 2.5.
